1. Who we are and how these terms apply

This website is operated by Suplilabs, Inc., trading as SupliLabs ("we", "us" or "our"). These terms govern use of our website and purchases from us. Our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription & Cancellation Policy explain the related details and are linked above. Please read them before ordering. Your mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.

This is our business correspondence address, not a walk-in shop or a return warehouse. Please request return instructions before sending goods.

2. Eligibility and your information

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract in your jurisdiction, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, use only a payment method you are authorised to use, and keep account access secure. Contact us promptly about unauthorised account activity or an order-address error.

3. Products and product information

We sell skincare and wellness products. The product page states the product, size, quantity, price and available purchase options. Read ingredients, directions and warnings before use; ask us for any information you need before ordering. Skincare products are for external use unless the label states otherwise. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Store content is not personal medical advice, and individual experiences vary. Do not use a product with a damaged safety seal.

Products must match their description and the goods supplied. If an item is incorrect, defective or materially different from its description, the remedies in our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law apply. A general disclaimer does not remove those rights.

4. Prices, currency and payment

Our base currency is US dollars (USD). Where local-currency shopping is supported, the selected currency and final amount are shown at checkout. Review the currency, product quantity, discounts, taxes, shipping and total before paying. Your bank may charge conversion or foreign-transaction fees. Import duties or taxes, if not collected at checkout, may be payable as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments use Shopify's hosted checkout and the selected payment provider. Payment details are transmitted using encrypted connections; full card numbers and security codes should never be sent to our support team. A one-time purchase does not authorise recurring charges. Recurring charges require your selection of a subscription and agreement to the displayed recurring terms.

5. Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfilment is subject to payment approval, stock availability and delivery eligibility. If we cannot supply an item, detect an obvious pricing error or need to cancel for a lawful reason, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we do not supply. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an agreed order price without your agreement. Changes to website prices apply to future orders; subscription changes are subject to notice as described below.

6. Delivery and order cancellation

See our Shipping Policy for delivery destinations, costs, estimates and delay handling. Contact info@suplilabs.com as soon as possible to request cancellation or an address change. We will cancel and refund an order that has not entered dispatch. If it has already been dispatched, our return process applies. This does not restrict mandatory withdrawal rights or your rights when we fail to deliver.

7. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Our voluntary return window is 30 calendar days after delivery for unused, unopened goods with original seals and packaging. Contact us within that period to start the return. Opened skincare and supplements are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns where lawful; defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled separately. 8. Monthly subscriptions

Selecting a monthly subscription authorises the charge and delivery schedule shown at checkout, continuing until cancelled. The current offer is one item delivered and billed monthly with 20% off the ordinary one-time unit price. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are disclosed before purchase. There is no minimum-term commitment or cancellation fee. You can pause, skip or cancel through your customer account, or request cancellation by email. 9. Discounts and promotional bundles

For the product-specific offers currently displayed, "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" means three units of the same eligible product for the price of two, and "Buy 3 Get 2 Free" means five units for the price of three. Select the appropriate offer and check that all units and the discount appear in your cart. Offers apply to eligible, available stock; cross-product mixing is not included unless expressly stated. These one-time bundle offers and the monthly subscription discount are separate purchase options. Discounts combine only where checkout expressly applies the combination.

Free shipping applies automatically to eligible orders and serviceable destinations while offered. Any special delivery option, restriction or charge must be shown before payment. The displayed bundle and free-shipping offers currently have no fixed expiry date. Any separate coupon, reward or time-limited promotion is governed by its disclosed eligibility, usage limits and actual expiry. A countdown by itself does not change the terms of an order or remove your consumer rights. Discounts have no cash value. Returns are refunded according to the amount actually paid, as explained in our return policy.

10. Appropriate website use and intellectual property

Do not use this website for unlawful activity, fraudulent purchases, unauthorised access, malware, interference with security or infringement of another person's rights. Website content belongs to its respective rights holders. You may use it for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law; commercial reproduction requires appropriate permission. Third-party sites linked from this store have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Service issues and liability

We take reasonable care with the store but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or correct errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to product quality, safety, description, delivery, refunds, fraud or injury. We do not require you to waive payment-provider dispute rights, statutory warranties or access to a competent court.

12. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Delaware law and applicable United States federal law, subject to the mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply where you live. Please contact us with your order number and concern so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to use statutory complaints, regulatory or dispute-resolution channels.

13. Updates

We may update these terms for future use and purchases by posting a revised date. The terms applicable when an order was placed continue to apply to that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you. Material changes to an ongoing subscription will be notified before taking effect, with the opportunity to cancel before the next affected charge.
